Order Cancellations

- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of delivery will receive a 50% refund or can be rescheduled for a later date at no additional cost.
Quality Concerns & Refunds
- If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect or missing items, food quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Customers must provide proof of the issue (e.g., clear photos or a description of the problem).
- We may offer a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
Refund Processing
- All refunds are processed through Bank Transfer, Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, depending on the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
